At DeltaAfrik, the environment is very welcoming, and it is home away from home. Due to the partnership with WorleyParsons, there are a mirage of resources across all fields. Its is the engineering company of choice and for those whose are desirous to learn, the environment is very conducive. You can never exhaust the repertoire of resources on the Enterprise Management System (EMS), an this resource is free and available to any and everyone in the organization.
Cons
The Managing Director is very close to the managers and management staff, but unfortunately, many managers and management staff are far removed from their immediate reports.
