We get to learn many skills what actually a support Specialist should own, not only with work but also in our attitude and behaviour such changes may come in, it's been just 3months since i joined in this organisation and i am liking it as there isn't work pressure until and unless we are serious in what we have to do, the management is good also no partiality at all which is the best part about this organisation,we get the chance to grasp certain skills as well, just hoping to see the growth coming through my way by putting in my hard work and giving my best.
Cons
disadvantage noticed in these 3 months is only that 2 days week off should be every week rather than on alternate weeks this will help us to bring us in the state of working with no stress and keeping us fatigue free.
