Work from home opportunities, a variety of roles available, and growth options. Entry level is a great starter role for a few years, and it can be worthwhile to stay longer, too.
Cons
Opportunities to grow upward taper off the higher you go, and everyone here works hard. It can be difficult to make time for every project if you don’t have good time management skills.
