      Pros

      The people are definitely what makes Deltek great. First time remote onboarding and it still felt like I was just sitting next to my colleagues - everyone was so helpful. This extends to management across all levels as their door is always open and they want to hear your opinion. In addition, Deltek offers fantastic benefits which just shows how employee centric Deltek is.

      Salary could be better. Training for some products is non existent and reliance on AI is very high.
