Pros
If you get on a good team, the people doing actual work are great. The work life balance is also good.
Cons
The executive leadership team & upper management really are horrible. Miniscule raises FAR below inflation since the new CEO onboarded. The strategy they're going for is failing. Mass Layoffs multiple times per year in order to keep shareholders happy, but no thought as to what the loss of talent might impact.
