Pros
Everyone at Demand Local takes the time to extend themselves to people on their teams and within the company. It's a group collaborative in ensuring that everyone hits goals, manages accounts and sees to it that the business continues to grow.
- The transition to working from home during the Shelter in Place was seamless. I always felt supported in whatever capacity I needed. There were already well-established lines of communication between team members and systems in place which enabled us to correspond without missing a beat.
- The Managers/Directors/VP'/CEO/CRO really stepped up to the plate to allow for training to continue for the employees who started at Demand Local shortly before the SIP.
- There is an emphasis on work/life balance. Something that is often brought up when applying for a job, which often times doesn't pan out. At Demand Local they are really good at ensuring your personal life is not overrun with the demand to constantly be "on" and available.
- I'm not exaggerating when I say that every single person that works at Demand Local is kind and fun.
- Because the VP's and Senior Management invest in their team members, there is room to grow at this company. You are definitely valued here.
