Pros
People are very nice and helpful if you manage to find someone who is employed long enough to have the knowledge
Cons
Projects are sold fast with no input from other teams on how long it takes to deliver it - ie deadlines and schedules are just ignored because they are not possible to achieve, nobody cares if the projects are going to be late, No health and safety planned into the construction site team, Project Managers are new to Dematic and have no clue what the products / project is about, they get no support, and even worse then they don't listen to you what needs to be done, Bonus scheme depends on the company performance and not your individual, so if you work more you get the same bonus as somebody not caring - this demoralizes a lot of people, required to work long hours with no overtime paid during during week, No clear organization structure, No training program for people who start at the company and are interested in the products, all you can do is watch videos or get into a Project with minimal support, Pay is below industry standards although they claim differently, No annual pay rise - so staying longer with the company you loose money by inflation, A lot of people leaving after receiving the last Bonus because the compensation for putting in extra and loosing your work life balance is bad
