Pros
Demme Learning is a fun work environment with managers who genuinely care about their employees. Policies are constantly being added and changed to suit all employees needs and the work is very flexible.
Cons
Certain personalities may not fit within the company model. The company was founded on Christian principles, and those principles are stuck to readily. The environment also lends itself to a "family" atmosphere, which can be good, but it can also lead to personal and professional lives intersecting.
