Very welcoming environment where you learn a lot, and the company is very non-hierarchial so you are able to contribute to the work the company does and are well-respected. The work they do is highly impactful and selected with care.

Overall a very lovely company but bad time management leads to urgency and stress in some deadlines, and there are difficulties in managing the consultancy versus research side due to the difference in short term versus long term projects.
