7yThank you for your feedback! The commenter is correct: DG is a fast-paced environment. We are an international design-build firm and the nature of our work can mean time away from the office on project sites. Travel varies by discipline, but it is a part of the job for many of our employees. That said, we endeavor to balance travel and personal time as much as possible. DG implemented an open vacation policy for the express purpose of helping employees maintain a healthy work-life balance - with those that travel often first in mind.
