Pros

Many Corporate events, big firm name, average pay, networking opportunities, some flexible work from home supported, manageable billables, and free coffee, fruits, and snacks.

Cons

Preferred you working in the office, bad management at the top, junior staff heavy - no one to ask questions, no mentoring/training/guidance, useless HR - only listens to higher-ups and ignores junior staff, partners lashing out on junior staff, lack of secondment opportunities, no effort to retain staff, understaffed. Overall your time at Dentons depends on which partner you work for.

Pros

Everybody there cared about working together, no ambushing, The pay was great, hours and workload manageable, I loved this firm and would go back in a heartbeat! Shout out to IT and the Assistants - their cooperation is on the next level of the "united means success" the firm enjoys.

Cons

I didn't experience or hear about any in my 5 months there, and I was on-site 4-5 days a week. I only left because I needed to care for my Covid-stricken only child.
