      Low pay, long hours, new management has corporatized what was once a beloved family run institution. Too many executive team new hires with zero sports experience.

      Fun to work for professional sports team.

      Cons

      No growth opportunities, long hours and low pay, but all of this would be standard for the industry if they didn't have an extremely toxic culture, coming from the most senior levels.
