Very structured and they invest in their employees in terms of training and mentoring you to ensure you reach your potential. Everyone from the top down to direct supervisors genuinely care about their employees which is a breath of fresh air. I have never worked for a company like this before, it’s amazing to be happy and look forward to go to work everyday.
