Pros
Since Deposco was a very small company, the culture was pretty tight knit & there were some really great people working there at the time. There was at one time, a good bit of freedom to "do what you do best" without being micromanaged.
Cons
This company is in a very complex market and there needs to be leadership and employees who understand the market, know how to sell the product and keep customers happy. In a SaaS company, without happy customers, you have nothing.
