The people I worked with were a pleasure.
Flexible work schedule hours.
Employee parties
Cons
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible management.
Corporate is a joke here. And does the HR even exist?
Initially upon getting hired it seemed like the management was all for its employees and each of us having an voice. They built us a new state of the art call center with each colleague being able to have our own desk. As time went on...things drastically changed. One of our managers quit after just being there a few months (should have thrown off a red flag) The head supervisor then hires his friend who knew absolutely nothing about the job so when we needed assistance it was always a hassle. The workload was burden by us doing things not even specified in our job description such as billing which we had no training on so it made the patients look at us like idiots because they would call wanting to speak with someone to resolve it and upper management would say to send an email and someone would get back to them. More times then not, they wouldn't until the situation escalated itself to a manager.
The pay is okay but there is no room for growth.
Lack of communication between the call center and the physical offices.
When you call the actual office they would get mad and say to take a message like its our fault or better yet not even answer but that was the only way to communicate btw the patient and the provider.
