      None. I can’t think of a single positive thing

      Cons

      - leadership in Marketing throws temper tantrums for sympathy and takes no responsibility for their own issues in running of the dept - leadership in Sales is a true old school male view. Ladies can expect to be spoken to as if they’re idiots -HR is a joke and is basically non-existent - Company culture is horrible. Everyone is miserable and people cry on a regular basis - They hire people with little to no skill just keep warm bodies in the seats -Continues to load work onto already maxed out staff to avoid hiring more people. - No appreciation for hard work and job well done -No benefits, none. No 401k, horrible medical

      -On target strategy that is leading the Company through the economic ups and downs -Product marketing, digital marketing and creative teams are a well run professional group under CMO -Top performing employees strategically placed in organization to move Company

      TLDR: leadership is a mess, micromanaging managers, severely underpaid, overworked to the bone, zero diversity. Overbearing leadership. They'll ask the world of you and then reprimand you when you don't get your original projects done in a timely manner. They'll ask for one project, and then a million other things. There is no sense of autonomy - everything is reviewed and if the specific manager doesn't like it then you're going to have to redo your entire slides. Management is sketchy - they pulled people from their old company and place them in leadership positions. Doesn't listen to the "little" people. They're working until all hours of the night (literally 8-9 pm).
