Most of the lower level employees are great to work with and are very helpful

Management will not budge on pay, even for people who have been there for many years, and will blame corporate owner. Productivity goalposts keep moving, so simultaneously you will be told you are doing a good job while also being told you should be working harder if you want a real raise - even though those raises don't exist.
