Pros

• Talented, award-winning marketing team that's fun to work with • Work is highly visible and easily seen in action • Competitive pay for non-profit/higher ed space • Hybrid work flexibility • Good benefits: health insurance, retirement match, etc. • Fantastic Wellness Center with programs and health incentives • Students and most faculty are appreciative and easy to work with • A dedicated multicultural department works to ensure everyone feels welcome

Cons

• Like many institutions, cross-organizational politics can be a challenge to efficiency and creativity. • With over 10 programs, a large alumni base, and two clinic locations, a centralized marketing team has MANY priorities.
