The management is approachable, and the team is very supportive. There’s a strong culture of helping each other and sharing knowledge. You’re also encouraged to take initiative and try new things, which helps in personal and professional growth. At times, project timelines can be a bit demanding (which is quite normal in consulting), but overall the work environment is positive and rewarding. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to build a solid career in SAP.
