Pros
Culture is amazing, pay is decent, and I have learned a great many things that I will be able to carry with me where ever I go for the rest of my life.
Cons
The feeling of burnout can come quickly. The job is very fulfilling, but the mentality is all gas and no brakes. Some days can be go-go-go from start to finish. The biggest offender is that if you work a Saturday shift, it's a 5hr shift - This means that you get 1 full day off during the week. So in a full 8hr day, there are 3 hours that you have to make up throughout the week if you want your full 40 hours. Ways you have to make that up are skipping your lunch breaks for multiple days, or opening/closing every single day (and often times you're still short on hours this way). Sometimes it's managable, other times you really start to feel it.
