The design aesthetic is very high. It is a great place to learn great design, but comes at a high cost.
Cons
Its hard to come up with anything new - read all the negative reviews here and believe them! LONG LONG hours expected. NO CLIENT INTERACTION! YELLING AND ARGUMENTS DAILY! ZERO WORK LIFE BALANCE! A VERY HOSTILE ENVIRONMENT. A company meeting consists of owners lecturing and all designers cringing. Essentially you will be working a computer to fulfill someone else's design vision while being yelled at for 12 hours a day.
