      Pros

      High Level of Project Ownership, A Great Amount of Education in Architecture + Construction, Fun Work Culture, High Visibility in the Design Community If you enjoy finding new creative solutions, have a strong work ethic, and revel in successfully achieving something new every week, this is a terrific fit.

      Cons

      You will work very hard, so you must really enjoy architecture + design and honestly enjoy working. There are regular deliverables, and daily challenges. For me, it was fun, I thrived in that type of environment. This is not a good fit for everyone. but for the right people, it is perfect.

      Those with tenacious attitudes will find a lot of fulfillment working at Blitz

      Cons

      Not the best fit for junior employees; to do it better and faster, you have to be able to do the work first.

      save your time and go to a place where you arent trolled by an annoying control freak of a "leader"

      Blitz isn’t perfect, but we continue to work hard to be a great place to work, that also does great work. And to be a place where we speak to / about each other with respect. Rather than rage reviewing a strong female leader online (anonymously of course), I recommend communicating with us directly any time (assuming that you really are a 'current employee') using the many channels available to you at Blitz to do so.
