Pros
Employees are wonderful.
Lenient on personal time needed.
Management seems to care if there's a concern for safety, any conflict, etc.
Great place to learn a skill, if they decide they want you to learn it.
Cons
Expect to lose money working there, selective raises given. There are folks who have been working there for over 15 years and have "capped out" on pay, which isn't much.
Facilities are too small and outdated for projects coming in, which are growing exponentially (which also speaks for how the wealth is spread throughout the company, or rather, not spread).
Blunders abound on timelines and thinking processes through, making it harder on workers to actually achieve the goals that the client sees in their head, and often leading to last minute decisions, late work, and longer days.
