      Company founders are generous. They give a lot to their employees (bonus, company meal allowance every week, sports every month)

      Cons

      Overworked, number of manning in projects are unreasonable with the amount of work.

      Pros

      They have DCI Academy to support employees to grow. Meritrocratic as they would say, you may have performance bonus on top of 13th month.

      Cons

      Had to work hard for evaluation. But it's all worth it.
