Cons
No HR in the company. The wife of the president "acts" as the HR. So any legit complaints about the work environment goes to deaf ears. No 401k No Health insurance benefits/ partial payments No in-house training for new technologies/ engineering softwares VERY small annual raises (close to 3%) and bonuses (2%)
