They are motivated to help their clients and spend time and effort getting the job done. -dog friendly -generally nice people, on the surface. -eager to attract work

Not professional in the workplace, complain about politics and gossip regularly -workers regularly spend unrealistic hours with little to no compensation, no opportunity for advancement. -absolutely no overtime compensation -no recognition for any work achievements, even if the job is done extremely well -management has an inner circle of members who talk about others and gossip behind employees backs -management rejects advice or ideas that might benefit the company -workers in higher positions have no prior experience or training that will help them perform their own tasks -when mistakes are made, others take blame. -no professional boundaries, they say yes to clients regardless of the scope of work or requirements of the task
