      Six days working. Pay comes on time. Slow but detailed work. Good variety of housing projects. Average payscale. Design mostly by owner.

      Cons

      Poor work ethics. Not a good environment for female staff. Lot of office politics even to the point of Harassment. Male employees stalk females and the owner takes no action.
