Pros

Design Science has revamped its training and now has a robust onboarding process to make sure you get the proper guidance to do great work! They love to promote from within so there are ample opportunities to learn and grow in this progressive organization. Senior leadership listens and takes active steps to make changes and is constantly looking for ways to improve processes and the employee experience. They offer a lot of flexibility and value work/life balance. Generous benefits include 401K company match, lots of PTO, professional development opportunities and awesome co-workers who enjoy working and socializing together. Processes have been totally revamped in the last couple of years and are on track to support their staff and clients with an awesome experience.

Cons

None that I can think of!

Pros

They have a cold brew machine that barely works?

Cons

Man, where do we start? I think the title speaks for itself. This place is horrible. Going into this job I read the reviews before I accepted the position. I knew what I was walking into but wow, even reading the reviews truly does not prepare you for what you are about to embark when you accept a job at design science. It should prep you for the next year or two for working there because no way you’ll last over a year or two with this company (unless you become like one of them in upper management). What else can I say? The pay was horrible. Everyone was overworked you were expected to work on weekends. If you did not finish your material on time even if you ended up pulling overtime mind you you don’t get paid for overtime as well it’s just a salary base and they take full advantage, knowing that… but what are they gonna say when you ask for more support or help?? Everyone is busy and backed up.. God forbid you make a mistake because you’re dealing with 30 different things even though only two of those things were assigned to you… and upper management they’re not even wolf and sheep’s clothing. They are just straight up coyotes.. and they think who they are, but in reality, they’re really nobody outside of that little nook that they’ve surrounded themselves in
