With respect to your query on weekend off for Sales - we are primarily a Retail Company. There is not one retail organisation in the world, that doesn't work on weekends, because a majority of customers come on weekends. Our Sales teams get their time off on specific weekdays and this is communicated to them at the interview stage itself. If you still want to make a choice that allows you to spend weekends outside work, we respect that choice, but that can't, unfortunately happen in a retail firm. So, if you are interested in sales, and do not want to work on weekends, you should contemplate making a career shift to an industry that allows for that.
