Pros

- Energetic co-workers (in Tokyo and all over the world) that are always willing to lend knowledge and help whenever needed. - Small team = freedom and responsibility to shape how designers want to work. - The Tokyo office really respects the work-life balance. Working over time is not encouraged. - More and more interesting projects have been coming into the office for the past few years. - Designers are supported to grow in fields they want to grow in.

Cons

- Salaries may not be as competitive. - Global company = sometimes late night calls. Which is fun but a bit unfortunate at the same time.

Konichiwa! Great to hear from an old friend and it makes us all warm and fuzzy when we hear that you love Designit as much as we do. Autonomy and professional development through working on interesting projects is exactly what Designit is about. Working overtime and burning out is not. We hope that you were able to find some balance with those late night calls. We wish you all the best in your new job and keep in touch. Mikael

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. The leadership team is supportive, and they actively encourage open communication and fresh ideas. The work environment is inclusive, with a real focus on work-life balance. If you're looking for a company that invests in its people, promotes creativity, and gives you the freedom to grow, I highly recommend Designit!

Pros

Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

Cons

Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
