Pros
You will get to learn a lot. Hike is good (as compared to other org. which i think should be as compared to work you are doing).
Cons
The Pros is also one of the biggest cons in this company. You will have to work A LOT. It doesn't matter if you can do any particular task or not, there is minimum interaction with you of managers while you are assigned any task. Then Lead/Manager will force you to finish that task in defined timeline. If you complete that task on time even by working whole night in office, GREAT. This means, you can now complete these challenging task in the less time and all your future issues will be assigned to you on this assumption. Managers are VERY rude, except for one (and every employee knows him) and all other managers will act like you are just SLAVES. Very BAD culture in office. If you try to leave office after 9 hours of your work, the managers and other employees will literally STARE at you while leaving. Managers will assign extra work to employees if they find anyone talking to each other even for five to ten minutes. The other 5 Star reviews are totally fake.
