None, absolutely none. Management is terrible, will cull you without warning, not understand the game redundancy process. Absolutely shocking display of terrorism within a company with family mafia as the leads. Shocking shocking shocking. Do not put staff first and will be the first to stab you in the back. Employees suck up to management, and do not stick up for you. Toxic culture. You have been warned!

Working at Demold has been a positive move for me in terms of a better work life balance, a more supportive environment and manager, and great potential to influence and make a difference in my field of expertise. I’ve been impressed with their strong and welcoming culture, and the company’s genuine commitment to sustainability, innovation and corporate social responsibility. What’s surprised me the most is the science that goes into making paper bags – they have their own in-house R&D lab which is one of their best kept secrets

No real challenges or obstacles yet. There is an opportunity to make minor changes to some of their policies to better align with best practice, and to document processes in some areas.
