      - great culture shift within last 5 years towards customer driven innovation company - a lot of talents and international thought leaders on board - very successful business also compared to other European telecommunication companies - global player with T-Mobile US - great possibilities for employees to grow - refreshed brand with strong commitment to social responsibility and diversity - potential of company to create positive impact on society is huge

      Cons

      - big corporate with usual legacy - more complex path to get things done - more complex decision process - on a journey towards lean, interdisciplinary cross department collaboration without silos; but journey is not completed yet
