After sometime you get bored with work [ Sometime all projects are so similar ] On Every issues or delay its blame on Developers and Designers which guide to unnecessary and time wasting long Skype chats. You will get sick to see unnecessary people around as you will feel in time that they do nothing and get everything. Which lead to other people to become lazy as well them.
