Great coworkers and flexibility - Social Media Manager DevSkiller Employee Review

DevSkiller has a fairly flat structure and a very friendly atmosphere.

Some aspects of our daily jobs seem a bit bureaucratic for an organization of this size.

All of the coworkers at DevSkiller are easy to get along with and always open for suggestions and cooperation. The fact that I am working with DevSkiller for a few year and am still here speaks for itself.

No serious cons to working here. The team homogenous meaning that everybody is from Poland but there are efforts to expand that during this or the next year. It would be nice having people from all over the world, it would definitely bring a fresh perspective and value
