Pros
Great place for starting a career as a developer. The company is rare in that it's brave enough to take people it believes in, with little or no experience and allows them to develop and make professionals out of themselves, though by themselves not by training or investments. Most employees work out of office at the company's' clients. Some great talents you can learn from if you're lucky.
Cons
Leadership is that of fear, ego and self empowerment. In-house projects are poorly managed and disorganized. The In-house working environment is horizontal though not evident at first but soon leaves you with a bad taste. For beginner employees, there's a grace period of about 4 months after which pressure is usually mounted to produce results, though no training or support is ever provided to beginners. I guess that is natural but leaving new employees on their own with no assistance is harsh.
