Pros

None. There's nothing good to say about this organization.

Cons

I wish I could rate DRi a 0/5 because I certainly would. This has to be the worst company someone can patronize or work for. The company is extremely small, meaning the CEO is everyone's direct boss. There's no room for growth at all. They operate on an overly money-hungry mindset and don't care about the employees at all. The pay is trash and if you try to negotiate during your offer time, they'll laugh in your face and say "No, you don't even have that much experience". Then why was I hired??? The only "diversity" within that company is the women. There's no more than 2 POC working there at one time. Your boss a.k.a. the CEO is very rude and bitter. Her method of "constructive criticism" is very demeaning and when brought up, she finds her rude behaviors funny. No growth at all within the company. I should've known it was a huge red flag when I met with a member of the team of 5 years (during my 1st week), and he has nothing but horrible things to say about the company and the "management".

Pros

Small consulting firm for non profits where you can learn a lot. Most of the work is in finding staffing so you can see what people look for in an employee.

Cons

As a small company a lot is expected from every employee and that can be tough sometimes.

Pros

Nice office space, great location, snacks and drinks provided in office, fun group of coworkers

Cons

The CEO treats everyone like trash. Loves to promise things to clients that she herself won't have to actually do - she only promises other peoples' time and then forces the entire office into a fire drill to meet the ridiculous deadlines. Everyone is constantly over-stressed over things that should really be no big deal - she turns everything into a crisis. She speaks down to everyone and refuses to ever admit fault even when all evidence proves she made a mistake. COO is well aware of these issues and does nothing to stop it. She's much easier to work with and much more accommodating to the staff, but she allows the toxic environment created by the CEO.
