Pros
Generous Paid Leave and holidays. Excellent training in most Departments Steady full time work with tons of overtime opportunities Caring supervision in most departments Smart dedicated Co-workers Safe environment Working with clients who truly benefit from your presence and are grateful for the most part.
Cons
Compensation is CRAP. You will need a second job or have to work 12 extra hours overtime a week to live. The health insurance is not good- ridiculously high co-pays and there is no choice of plans to pay more for a better option. Advancement is shady- they don’t consider all candidates on a level playing field. They also don’t disclose their truly awful pay until you’ve wasted your time going through their process. There is little succession planing.
