Remote work (although they started to go back on their word and were looking at requiring us to meet in office after having already signed a contract for fully remote work) Fun startup company Small company so you get to know people well CEO was nice
Cons
Direct manager (CMO) was absolutely awful. Came on and was somewhat nice during his 3 months probation, immediately after, he fired one of our designers, made his direct staff cry on multiple occasions, required that we attend meetings at 10pm at night, and caused at least 3 other resignations due to his disrespect and terrible management style. Despite having staff bring up issues to HR, nothing was ever done, and in fact, they let 4 people lose their jobs/quit and still keep this individual in the CMO position.
