Pros
As in most Companies, the people make the difference, it is no exception at Devon, most of the Company's staff work hard, pay attention to the customers and look out for the Company.
Cons
The leader of the organization is a bit mercurial and is prone to "dressing down" managers in front of their team members. Not a great way to motivate company members. When the owner is in the building (if he ever leaves his office) most members want to keep their heads down to prevent any interaction with the owner.
