- Management on Group and Deutschland Country level dont have a strategy! They are used to be a bodyleasing company for last 30 years. - Management by fear is culture. - Hire and Fire mentatily at extreme - No visionaire within the management, - The German management really is jsut executing on HQ orders. - Staff is fully demotivated, insecure and afraid to also get sacked. --- I could go on and on
