Devoted has a strong mission, and I was proud to serve seniors with empathy and accuracy.
Training was detailed and onboarding gave me the foundation to succeed.
Work-from-home setup was convenient, and the company covered my Wi-Fi.
Cons
Layoffs happen suddenly, and you don’t always get clear answers.
I was issued a final written warning toward the end of my time, and though I was told I was eligible for rehire, I can’t help but feel that it followed me back during reapplication.

Cons
The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
