Pros

Free health insurance, remote work

Cons

I've never written a review before but I have to stand in support of the other accurate reviews on this site and Indeed.com. I am an experienced professional and I never seen such nepotism, favoritism and unprofessionalism in my career - it was shameless - and all supported by upper management. I could not have been more disappointed. I was well-respected, enjoyed certain aspects of my job, was paid a moderate wage and received free health insurance from the company and I walked away after less than a year because nothing is worth giving up your self-respect. My manager was a gossip and spoke unkindly about my coworkers to me. Other managers denigrated subordinates publicly on Slack and all of this was accepted as this is the norm in this environment. From the Chief People Officer on down (yes, it's one of those companies with the cutesy titles), these people are bullies. Proceed with caution.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
