Pros

None that I can think of to help others run away from this company.

Cons

Everything! Nepotism, unprofessional, biased. Stressful. Rude supervisors. Metrics are unreasonable.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that your experience thus far has been negative. We hold our Member Service Guides to high standards as a group when it comes to metrics. This not only allows us to offer superior service to our members but also ensures that we remain in compliance with service level rules and regulations established by the federal government. We recognize these regulations do create some limitations within this role but we do have other benefits and a stress reduction program to support our guides on the day to day. While it’s our mission to make sure that our members are cared for and treated like family, we hold that bar for our internal team and work/life culture just as high. We welcome the opportunity to hear more from you about your experience and perspective so that we can improve. If you’d like to continue the conversation, please reach out to Michelle Mulcahy, Director, Member Service Guide @ mmulcahy@devoted.com.

Pros

Competitive pay, benefits and great hours. Lots of commission potential

Cons

The favoritism within the sales department is insane. Some of their 'top sellers' are just bullies to the clients, and will hang up on plan changes (since we don't get paid for them outside of AEP)it seems like they let them get away with it because they get sales.
