      Great company to work for. Regular feedback on performance and plenty of opportunities to grow through professional development.

      Cons

      The company could do better at maintaining a more consistent work/life balance. However, far from the worst in the category when compared to other firms competing within the same market.

      This company has a great culture. They have managed to achieve a family feel despite being spread across 60 office locations, which is no easy task!

      Great collaborative environment Lots of different projects to work on and get experience in Strong Work Culture with a healthy life balance

      Cons

      Very fast-paced, making it difficult to start new roles, especially if you do not have someone in the role to guide you
