Upper management is going to kill the company with bad decisions. Decided some of our contracts were no longer remote with half a month's notice based on as-the-crow-flies distance to the office. Have fun finding long-term child care on short notice or finding a new place to live. If you live on the islands or peninsula, enjoy your new uncompensated 3+ hour commute. Decided our contracts wouldn't be made whole when the stock split. Guess I have less investment in the company now. We're being loaded with more and more custom work with immediate deadlines and then admonished for the quality. A year ago I was heavily recommending this to friends and family as a great place to work, I don't do that any more.
