Pros
Great working environment and amazing medical benefits!!! I have kids and paying tons while still having a deductible and co-pays are KILLER these days. Dexcom provides us with a plan in AZ that we pay the premium and co-pays, however, there are zero deductibles! LOVE IT!
Cons
Getting time off, sometimes provides difficult. The lady who does it, needs to open up more allotted time now that the company is growing! She's too strict, while the benefits are amazing, understanding families need to be just as amazing.
