      -Friendly environment -Comprehensive Benefit package: Medical , Dental (Free), Vision (Free) , 401K (4% Match) HMO / PPO Coverage for Individual , Individual + spouse. Family , AFLAC , Care pay , even a Pets (option) -Plenty of OT if desired- -Paid Standard Holidays-

      Cons

      -Entry Level Manufacturing Starting pay insufficient for anything more than Individual Medical coverage. -Points based "De-Merit" system. -Manufacturing operates 24/7 with 12hr/80 work schedule- Sat / Sun cutoff- If your life revolves around Weekend family activities , this is Not the place for you.

      Pros

      Great place to learn and work with people who understand how to grow an organization. Excellent technical leadership and delivery - every team you meet with can teach you so much. The company’s product helps so many people - doing great work for a company that does great things in society is rewarding

      Sometimes it can be very busy - growth does come with challenges
