Pros
Able to assist people with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics Pay is alright except for all the political shenanigans that are required to operate professionally Great front line Staff, genuinely care about the patients
Cons
Front line are not provided any sctructure or pathway to moving forward or progressing in their personal or professional growth Supervisors are often pitted against one another to promote "better" metrics, often resulting in bad blood within teams Higher ups are not held accountable for their atrocities and the focus has noticeably declined from taking care of the patients, to taking care of the stock holders. Negative attributes are not addressed and no assistance is provided to help the individual grow The phrase "This is how we have always done it" and " That's above my pay grade" is rampantly used and often have inexcusable repercussions for Patients and front line.
