Pros

I’ve been with the company for almost a year and it is truly the BEST job I have ever had! I’ve never worked for a company that is employee centered the way Dexcomm is. The executive team is helpful, supportive, and accommodating! I even get to work from HOME most of the time. Great pay and benefits as well! It’s a win win all around.

Cons

It’s a 24 he business so some shifts may be a little later than you’d like but for the most part they even work around that.

Pros

Coworkers are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Management is abysmal, they play favorites, the training is rushed and sloppy, and there is no sympathy from higher-ups for people who try their best to succeed.
